تلقى جلالة الملك عبدﷲ الثاني، اليوم الجمعة، اتصالا هاتفيا من الرئيس الفنلندي ألكسندر ستوب، أكدا خلاله ضرورة خفض التصعيد في الإقليم.

وأكد جلالته أن استهداف المملكة وعدد من دول المنطقة يشكل تعديا على سيادة هذه الدول وينذر بتفاقم الأزمة، مؤكدا أهمية الاحتكام للدبلوماسية والحوار لحل الصراعات.

ولفت جلالة الملك إلى ضرورة ألا يتم استغلال الأوضاع في المنطقة للتضييق على الفلسطينيين وفرض واقع جديد في القدس والضفة الغربية وغزة.

من جانبه، أعرب الرئيس الفنلندي عن إدانته للهجمات العشوائية غير المبررة على دول في المنطقة.
