عون يطلب من ماكرون التدخل لعدم استهداف الضاحية الجنوبية

طلب الرئيس اللبناني جوزاف عون، الخميس، من نظيره الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون التدخل لدى إسرائيل للحؤول دون استهدافها ضاحية بيروت الجنوبية، بعد إنذار جيشها السكان بالإخلاء الفوري.

وأوردت الرئاسة في بيان أن عون أطلع ماكرون على "آخر التطورات المتعلقة بالوضع الأمني في لبنان، وطلب منه التدخل مع الجانب الإسرائيلي لعدم استهداف الضاحية الجنوبية من بيروت بعد التهديدات التي وجهت إلى سكانها من قبل القيادة العسكرية الإسرائيلية".

وبعد إنذار الجيش غير المسبوق للمنطقة التي تعد معقل حزب الله ويراوح عدد قاطنيها، وفق تقديرات بين 600 و800 ألف شخص، توعد وزير المال الإسرائيلي بتسلئيل سموتريتش من اليمين المتطرف بأن تلقى ضاحية بيروت الجنوبية المصير نفسه الذي لقيته غزة لجهة ما تعرضت له من تدمير.
