تلقّى نائب رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين أيمن الصفدي الخميس، اتصالًا هاتفيًّا من وزير الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الدولي الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة في جمهورية جيبوتي عبدالقادر حسين عمر.

وبحث الوزيران تداعياتِ التصعيد الخطير الذي تشهده المنطقة، وآفاق خفض التصعيد واستعادة التهدئة واعتماد الدبلوماسية سبيلًا لتكريس الأمن والاستقرار.

‏وجدّد الصفدي إدانة المملكة الاعتداءات الإيرانية عليها وعلى دول الخليج العربي، ورفض هذه الاعتداءات تصعيدًا غير مُبرَّر وخرقًا فاضحًا للقانون الدولي وسيادة الدول.

‏وأكّد عمر تضامن بلاده مع المملكة في مواجهة الاعتداءات الإيرانية.
