افاد الجيش الاسرائيلي الثلاثاء بأنه قصف موقعا عسكريا سريا تحت الارض مرتبطا بالبرنامج النووي الإيراني قرب طهران، وقضى بذلك على "عنصر حيوي في قدرة النظام الايراني على تطوير أسلحة ذرية".

واورد بيان للجيش أن الاستخبارات العسكرية "واصلت متابعة أنشطة (علماء ايرانيين) وحددت مكان قاعدتهم الجديدة (مما اتاح توجيه) ضربة دقيقة على المجمع السري تحت الارض".

وحدد الجيش مكان هذه المنشآت عند الطرف الغربي للعاصمة الإيرانية، ووصف هذا المجمع باسم "مينزادهي"، مضيفا أن "العلماء كانوا يعملون هناك (...) منذ ضربت إسرائيل مواقع نووية عدة" خلال حربها على ايران في حزيران/يونيو 2025.
