قال المتحدث باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي إنهم قصفوا اليوم مبنى في منطقة قم، كان من المفترض أن يتم فيه اختيار خليفة للمرشد الإيراني علي خامنئي.

وأضاف أن الجيش الإسرائيلي قتل في قلب طهران قياديًا إيرانيًا كان ينسّق العمليات مع حزب الله، كما تم استهداف منشأة نووية سرية في طهران.

وبيّن أنه تمت مهاجمة منظومات صواريخ باليستية وأنظمة دفاع جوي إيرانية، مؤكدًا: "سنواصل تعميق الضربات على إيران ما دام الأمر يتطلب ذلك".

وفي لبنان، قال إنهم يهاجمون برًا وجوًا، وإنهم قصفوا مقر قيادة عمليات تابعًا لحزب الله، داعيًا ممثلي النظام الإيراني في لبنان إلى مغادرته خلال 24 ساعة.
