"تنظيم الاتصالات" تحذر من رسائل تنتحل صفة جهات رسمية

حذّرت هيئة تنظيم قطاع الاتصالات جميع المستفيدين من خدمات الاتصالات، من الرسائل أو المكالمات التي تنتحل صفة جهات وطنية ورسمية، تصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية أو تطبيقات التراسل، وتدّعي التسجيل للملاجئ أو توفير إمدادات صحية أو غذائية، مستغلةً الأوضاع الراهنة.

وقالت الهيئة، في بيان اليوم الثلاثاء، إن هذه المحاولات تهدف إلى الاحتيال الإلكتروني من خلال طلب معلومات شخصية أو مصرفية أو رموز التحقق (OTP).

ودعت المواطنين إلى عدم التجاوب مع هذه الرسائل أو المكالمات، وعدم مشاركة أي بيانات تحت أي ظرف، والاعتماد حصراً على القنوات الرسمية المعتمدة.
