تلقى جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني، اليوم الاثنين، اتصالا هاتفيا من رئيس وزراء الهند ناريندرا مودي، تم خلاله بحث التطورات الإقليمية الراهنة.

وأكد جلالته، خلال الاتصال، أهمية الوقف الفوري للتصعيد الخطير، وضرورة تكثيف الجهود الدولية لاحتواء الأزمة، مشددا على مواصلة الأردن اتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات لضمان أمنه وسلامة مواطنيه.

من جانبه، أدان رئيس الوزراء الهندي الهجمات على الأردن وأكد وقوف بلاده إلى جانب المملكة، مثمنا جهود الأردن في حماية المواطنين الهنود المقيمين فيه.
