وقّعت وزيرة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي، زينه طوقان، والسفير البريطاني في الأردن، فيليب هول، مذكرة تفاهم بقيمة 5.3 مليون جنيه إسترليني، لدعم مشروع الناقل الوطني للمياه ضمن برنامج التكيّف مع المياه والتحلية والبنية التحتية.

وسيسهم هذا الدعم المقدم من المملكة المتحدة لهذا المشروع الاستراتيجي في تعزيز إدارة الموارد المائية في الأردن بطريقة مستدامة، والتكيف مع آثار التغير المناخي، وضمان توفير المياه بشكل آمن ومستمر.
