قالت شركة موانئ دبي العالمية، الاثنين إنه تم استئناف العمليات في ميناء جبل علي في الإمارات.

وكانت موانئ دبي العالمية قد علقت عملياتها في ميناء جبل علي مؤقتا كإجراء احترازي.

وقد توقفت العمليات في جميع محطات الميناء، حيث يشكل جبل علي أكبر ميناء للحاويات في الشرق الأوسط، ومركزا حيويا لاقتصاد دبي التجاري.

وقال المكتب الإعلامي لحكومة دبي الأحد إن فرق الدفاع المدني تمكنت من السيطرة على حريق اندلع في أحد أرصفة ميناء جبل علي، نتيجة سقوط شظايا ناجمة عن عمليات اعتراض جوي، حيث تعاملت الفرق مع الحادث على الفور، وذلك دون وقوع أي إصابات.
