قال وزير التجارة التركي الاثنين، إنه تم تعليق عبور المسافرين في رحلات اليوم الواحد بشكل مشترك عبر ثلاثة منافذ جمركية تركية على الحدود الإيرانية، في حين تسمح تركيا لمواطنيها ومواطني الدول الأخرى بالدخول من إيران.

وصرح الوزير عمر بولات، في بيان نُشر على موقع إكس بأن إيران تسمح لمواطنيها بالدخول عبر تركيا، مضيفا أن حركة الشحن التجاري عبر المنافذ الثلاثة مستمرة وفق ضوابط صارمة.

وقال بولات "تواصل جميع وحداتنا أداء مهامها بأقصى درجات التأهب لضمان استمرار خدمات العبور الحدودي التركي وحركة التجارة بسلاسة".
