قال الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الأحد إن مقتل أميركيين في العملية العسكرية ضد إيران هو أمر متوقّع في الحرب التي اعتبر أنها ستفضي إلى نتيجة عظيمة.

وجاء في تصريح أدلى به ترامب لقناة "إن بي سي" بعيد إعلان البنتاغون مقتل ثلاثة عناصر أميركيين في العملية العسكرية ضد إيران "لدينا ثلاثة (قتلى)، لكننا نتوقع خسائر بشرية، إلا أنه في نهاية المطاف ستكون النتيجة عظيمة للعالم".
