وزير الطاقة: انقطاع إمدادات غاز حقول البحر الابيض المتوسط

قال وزير الطاقة والثروة المعدنية صالح الخرابشة إن الأحداث التي تجري في المنطقة أدت إلى انقطاع تزويد المملكة من الغاز الطبيعي الواردة من حقول البحر الأبيض المتوسط المستخدمة لغايات إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية.

وأشار الخرابشة في تصريح صحفي إلى أنه تمت المباشرة بتنفيذ خطة الطوارئ المعتمدة، إذ تم الانتقال الى استخدام بدائل الطاقة المختلفة منها الغاز الطبيعي من خلال الباخرة العائمة أو استخدام الديزل أو الوقود الثقيل.

وأوضح الخرابشة إلى أن الانتقال استخدام الديزل بدل الغاز الطبيعي يكلف شركة الكهرباء الوطنية حوالي مليون و800 ألف دينار أردني.

وطمأن الخرابشة بأن لدى الأردن مخزوناً استراتيجياً كافياً ولا توجد هنالك مشكلات بعملية تزويد الامدادات من الناحية الفنية.
