الثلوج تعطل مدارس نيويورك وتغلق الامم المتحدة والمطارات

قررت الامم المتحدة اغلاق مجمع مقرها في نيويورك اليوم الاثنين، بسبب العاصفة الثلجية التي تضرب المدينة.

واعلنت انه سيتم إعادة جدولة جميع الاجتماعات المحددة وفقًا لذلك، حيث سيتم تطبيق ترتيبات عمل بديلة وسيعمل الموظفون عن بُعد إذا سمحت طبيعة وظائفهم بذلك.

كما قررت سلطات مدينة نيويورك اغلاق جميع المدارس اليوم، فيما اعلنت حالة الطوارئ التي تمنع خروج المركبات في الشوارع ليوم كامل.

الى ذلك، تم الغاء اكثر من 3 الاف رحلة جوية من مطارات نيويورك بسبب العاصفة الكبيرة التي تجتاح المنطقة.
