قالت الرئيسة الفنزويلية بالوكالة ديلسي رودريغيز الجمعة إنها تعمل على بناء "فنزويلا أكثر ديموقراطية وأكثر عدلا وأكثر حرية" خلال خطاب ألقته عبر التلفزيون الرسمي.

وقالت رودريغيز الجمعة، بعد يوم من إقرار قانون العفو التاريخي الذي سيفرج بموجبه عن مئات السجناء السياسيين "اليوم، نحن نبني فنزويلا أكثر ديموقراطية وأكثر عدلا وأكثر حرية، ويجب أن يتم ذلك بجهود الجميع".
