أحبط الأهلي مخططات الرمثا للإبتعاد في صدارة دوري المحترفين لكرة القدم بعد ان فرض عليه التعادل٢/٢، في لقاء جرى مساء الخميس على ستاد الحسن بإربد في إفتتاح الأسوع السادس عشر من البطولة.

الرمثا رفع رصيده إلى ٣٤ نقطة وحافظ مؤقتاً على ريادة الترتيب مبتعداً عن أقرب مطارديه الحسين ب٣ نقاط، فيما رفع الأهلي رصيده إلى ١١ وبقي في المركز التاسع قبل الأخير.

سجل للرمثا حمزة الدردور (٧٧و٨٧) فيما سجل للأهلي حمزة النعيم(٥٣) وأحمد أبو كبير(٨١).

وفي لقاء آخر أقيم بذات الوقت على ستاد عمان الدولي فاز الجزيرة على السلط ٤-٠،

الجزيرة رفع رصيده إلى ١٨ نقطة وتشارك مع البقعة الذي لعب مباراة أقل في المركز السادس، وعلى الجهة المقابلة تجمد رصيد السلط عند ١٩ نقطة واستمر في المركز الخامس.
