الغذاء والدواء: إغلاق 6 ملاحم ضمن حملة رقابية موسعة

في إطار حملة رقابية موسعة استهدفت الملاحم، أغلقت كوادر الرقابة والتفتيش المختصة في المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء، وبالتعاون مع الأجهزة الأمنية المختصة، الأربعاء، 6 ملاحم في منطقة المحطة في العاصمة عمان.

وقالت المؤسسة في بيان صحفي، إن قرارات الإغلاق جاءت بعد رصد عدد من المخالفات، أبرزها عرض اللحوم والأحشاء الداخلية على الرصيف العام، وعدم الالتزام باشتراطات وظروف حفظ وعرض اللحوم ومتطلبات النظافة، إضافة إلى عدم حفظ اللحوم في وحدات تبريد منفصلة عن السقط والأحشاء الداخلية، وضبط كبدة منتهية الصلاحية.

وأضافت أن كوادرها أتلفت نحو 1500 كيلوغرام من المواد المضبوطة، مؤكدة أن حملاتها الرقابية مستمرة؛ لضمان الالتزام بالاشتراطات الصحية وحماية صحة وسلامة المستهلك.
