منح كل من ارتكب مخالفة سير خصماً بنسبة 30% من إجمالي قيمة المخالفات شريطة تسديدها خلال 60 يوماً؛ بهدف تشجيع السَّائقين على ترخيص مركباتهم خلال المدَّة القانونيَّة.
مجلس الوزراء يقرِّر الموافقة على الأسباب الموجبة لمشروع نظام رفع مستوى السلامة المرورية والحوافز التشجيعية للسائقين لسنة 2026م.
