أدى النائب حمزة الطوباسي، الاثنين، اليمين الدستورية عضوا في مجلس النواب العشرين، استناداً إلى أحكام المادة (80) من الدستور.

وكان رئيس مجلس مفوضي الهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب موسى المعايطة، أبلغ مجلس النواب، بأنّ حمزة هاني الطوباسي سيكون النائب الجديد في المجلس، بعد شغور مقعد النائب محمد الجراح، بصدور حكم عن المحكمة الادارية العليا هو السيد حمزة هاني محمد خليل وهو المرشح الذي يليه من ذات الفئة والقائمة.
