أعلنت الحكومة الروسية، اليوم الخميس، عن حظر تطبيق المراسلة الشهير "واتساب" بشكل كامل، مبينة أن قرار الحظر جاء لعدم امتثال التطبيق لتعليمات وقانون الاتصال في البلاد.

وقالت الحكومة الروسية في بيان صحفي: "تم تنفيذ أمر الحظر لأن واتساب لم يكن راغباً في الامتثال لقواعد وأنظمة القانون الروسي، بشأن تنفيذ إجراءات لإبطاء سرعات الوصول إلى تطبيق واتساب".

وأوضحت: "إذا استوفت الشركة الشروط وشاركت في الحوار، فقد يتوصل الطرفان إلى اتفاق بشأن إمكانية استئناف الخدمات".
