الإعدام لمتهم بتقطيع طفل في مصر بقضية "دارك ويب"

قضت محكمة مصرية بالإعدام شنقًا على المتهم الأول في قضية قتل طفل وتقطيع جثمانه، والمعروفة إعلاميًا بـ"الدارك ويب"، بعد رد مفتي الجمهورية بشأن الرأي الشرعي في تنفيذ الحكم.

وأصدرت المحكمة حكمًا بالسجن المشدد 15 عامًا على المتهم الثاني، لحداثة سنه، وهو الحد الأقصى المنصوص عليه في قانون الطفل.

وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهم الأول، البالغ 29 عامًا، قتل الطفل عمداً بعد أن أغراه بمخدرات وخنقه بحزام، فيما حرض المتهم الثاني البالغ 15 عامًا المتهم الأول وساعده بتزويده بمعلومات حول العقاقير المستخدمة، مقابل 5 ملايين جنيه.

وأعربت أسرة الضحية عن رضاها بالحكم واصفة إياه بـ"العادل"، مطالبين بتشديد عقوبات قانون الطفل لمواجهة الجرائم المرتكبة من قبل قُصر.
