واصل فريق نادي شباب الفحيص للسيدات لكرة السلة نتائجه الإيجابية، وحقق فوزه الثالث توالياً في النسخة الثامنة من دورة الألعاب للأندية العربية للسيدات، وذلك على حساب فريق غاز الشمال العراقي بنتيجة 93-60، في اللقاء الذي جمع الفريقين مساء اليوم الجمعة على صالة نادي البطائح في إمارة الشارقة، ضمن منافسات الجولة الرابعة من الدور التمهيدي.

وكان الفحيص، قد استهل حملة الدفاع عن لقبه بالفوز على فريق الفتاة الكويتي بنتيجة 79-73، قبل أن يتغلب على فريق الشارقة الإماراتي بنتيجة 80-65، ليواصل حضوره القوي في البطولة.

ويواجه فريق شباب الفحيص نظيره الحالة البحريني عند الساعة 11 صباحًا يوم بعد غدٍ الأحد بتوقيت الأردن، فيما تُقام البطولة بمشاركة 7 فرق تلعب فيما بينها بنظام الدوري من مرحلة واحدة، لترتيب المراكز، على أن يُتوج باللقب الفريق الأعلى جمعاً للنقاط مع ختام الدور التمهيدي.
