وتترافق هذه الأعراض غالبًا مع آلام الرقبة والظهر نتيجة وضعيات الانحناء المستمرة، إضافة إلى الصداع الناتج عن الإرهاق العصبي والبصري. كما قد تتأثر جودة النوم بسبب تأثير الضوء الأزرق على إفراز هرمونات الراحة، ما يؤدي إلى الأرق المزمن.

وينصح الخبراء باتباع إجراءات وقائية، مثل منح العين استراحات دورية والنظر إلى مسافات بعيدة، واستخدام خصائص تصفية الضوء الأزرق في الأجهزة، والابتعاد عن الشاشات قبل النوم، مع الالتزام بوضعيات جلوس صحيحة تحمي العمود الفقري، لضمان استخدام رقمي آمن دون تأثيرات صحية سلبية.
