النفط يتراجع 2% بعد إعلان محادثات أميركية–إيرانية في سلطنة عُمان

انخفضت أسعار النفط 2% الخميس بعد أن اتفقت الولايات المتحدة وإيران على عقد محادثات في سلطنة عُمان الجمعة، مما هدأ المخاوف من اندلاع صراع عسكري محتمل يعطل الإمدادات من هذه المنطقة المحورية المنتجة للنفط.

وهبطت العقود الآجلة لخام برنت 1.44 دولار أو 2.07% إلى 68.02 دولارا للبرميل بحلول الساعة 0335 بتوقيت غرينتش. وتراجع خام غرب تكساس الوسيط الأميركي 1.34 دولار أو 2.06% إلى 63.80 دولارا.

وكانت أسعار النفط قد ارتفعت بنحو 3% الأربعاء بعد أن أشار تقرير إعلامي إلى احتمال انهيار المحادثات المقررة بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران الجمعة. إلا أن مسؤولين من الجانبين صرحوا في وقت لاحق من اليوم نفسه بأن المحادثات ستعقد الجمعة رغم عدم التوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن المواضيع المطروحة على جدول الأعمال.
