قال الناطق الإعلامي باسم مديرية الأمن العام إنّه ورد بلاغ لمديرية شرطة محافظة الكرك مساء اليوم حول العثور على مجموعة من العظام البشرية داخل مغارة في منطقة الحسينية في محافظة الكرك

وأضاف الناطق الإعلامي أنّه جرى على الفور التحرك إلى المكان وإخطار المدعي العام واستدعاء الطبيب الشرعي والذي قام بالكشف عن العظام وأكّد أنها عظام بشرية مضى عليها مدّة طويلة، وجرى التحفظ على العظام ونقلها إلى المركز الوطني للطبّ الشرعي وفُتح تحقيق في الحادثة.
