بحث أمير قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني والرئيس الإيراني مسعود بزشكيان هاتفيا تطورات الأوضاع الراهنة وجهود خفض التصعيد في المنطقة، وفق ما أفادت وكالة الأنباء القطرية "قنا" الخميس، في وقت تؤكّد فيه طهران استعدادها للحرب في مواجهة التهديدات الأميركية بتدخل عسكري.

وأفادت "قنا" في بيان أنه "جرى خلال الاتصال بحث آخر المستجدات على الساحتين الإقليمية والدولية، لا سيما تطورات الأوضاع الراهنة، والجهود المبذولة لخفض التصعيد وإرساء الاستقرار"، وأن الجانبين أكّدا "أهمية الحوار والدبلوماسية في معالجة القضايا الإقليمية".
