توفي 4 أطفال من جنسية عربية إثر حريق شب في خيمة في محافظة إربد، وفق مديرية الأمن العام.

وقال الناطق الإعلامي باسم مديرية الأمن العام، الثلاثاء، إن طواقم الإطفاء المتخصصة والعاملة في مديرية دفاع مدني شرق إربد تعاملت مع حريق شب في خيمة تبلغ مساحتها 50م2 بمنطقة حوارة.

وبين الناطق الإعلامي أن الحريق نتج عنه وفاة 4 أطفال إثر تعرضهم لحروق بالغة في الجسم وجميعهم من عائلة واحدة ومن جنسية عربية تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 6 و9 أعوام.

وأضاف أن طواقم الإطفاء عملت على إخماد الحريق، وقامت فرق الإسعاف بإخلاء الوفيات إلى المستشفى، كما تم فتح تحقيق للوقوف على الأسباب التي أدت لنشوب الحريق.
