كشفت جورجينا رودريغيز عن تفاصيل دقيقة حول روتين شريك حياتها كريستيانو رونالدو اليومي، مؤكدة أن "الانضباط" ليس مجرد كلمة في قاموسه، بل هو دستور العائلة بأكملها.

قالت جورجينا رودريغيز في لقاء تلفزيوني: "يستيقظ رونالدو في السادسة صباحاً، ينهض ويمارس بعض التدريبات، يشرب الكثير من الماء في الصباح لأنه يعتقد أن بدء يوم جديد يتطلب جسماً قوياً وصحياً".

وأضافت: "يستريح لمدة ساعة ونصف الساعة، ويتناول فطوره الذي يتكون من الفاكهة والجبن والبيض، ثم يعود إلى صالة الرياضة يرفع الأثقال لمدة ساعتين ثم يستريح".

وتابعت: "في فترة ما بعد الظهر يسترخي مع عائلته أو أصدقائه".
