أظهرت وثائق وبيانات من مجموعة بورصات لندن أن ناقلة استأجرتها شركة ترافيجورا غادرت الأحد ميناء خوسيه الفنزويلي محملة بنحو مليون برميل من الخام الفنزويلي الثقيل متجهة إلى ميناء لويزيانا النفطي البحري الأميركي.

وهذه هي أول شحنة تذهب مباشرة إلى الولايات المتحدة في إطار صفقة توريد 50 مليون برميل تم الاتفاق عليها هذا الشهر بين كراكاس وواشنطن.
