حكم قضائي قاسٍ بحق رئيس وزراء كوري سابق

قضت محكمة في سيول، الأربعاء، بحبس رئيس الوزراء السابق هان داك سو 23 عاما لدوره في المحاولة الفاشلة لفرض الأحكام العرفية في كوريا الجنوبية في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2024.

ويتجاوز هذا الحكم بكثير عقوبة الحبس 15 عاما التي طلبت النيابة العامة إنزالها بهان داك سو. واعتبر القاضي لي جين غوان في حكمه أن "المتهم قصّر حتى النهاية في أداء واجبه ومسؤوليته كرئيس للوزراء".
