الأونروا: مزاعم إسرائيل بامتلاك مباني الوكالة في القدس كاذبة

نفت وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا) امتلاك الحكومة الإسرائيلية أو تمتعها بأي حقوق قانونية في العقار الذي يضم مجمّع الوكالة في حي الشيخ جرّاح شرقي القدس، خلافاً لما تروّجه بعض التقارير الإعلامية.

وأكد المفوض العام لوكالة الأونروا، فيليب لازاريني في منشور عبر إكس أن الادعاءات الإسرائيلية بهذا الشأن باطلة وغير قانونية، مشددا على أنه لم يجرِ نقل ملكية العقار.

وأشار لازاريني إلى أن محكمة العدل الدولية والجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة أقرتا بعدم قانونية الوجود الإسرائيلي في القدس الشرقية، وضرورة إنهائه في أسرع وقت ممكن.

وشدد على أن إسرائيل لا تملك أي حقوق سيادية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وأن تطبيق قوانينها فيها يُعد إجراءً غير مشروع.
