توفيت رضيعة، صباح الثلاثاء، نتيجة البرد القارس في مدينة غزة.

وأفادت مصادر طبية، بأن الرضيعة شذى أبو جراد البالغة من العمر 7 أشهر توفيت في مدينة غزة؛ بسبب البرد القارس.

وبوفاة الطفلة أبو جراد، ترتفع حصيلة الوفيات في صفوف الأطفال في قطاع غزة بسبب البرد الشديد منذ بداية فصل الشتاء إلى تسعة أطفال، وسط شحّ المساعدات، وغياب التدفئة.

وأشارت المصادر ذاتها، إلى أن الحادث يعكس خطورة الأوضاع الإنسانية في القطاع، خاصة على الأطفال والنازحين الذين يعيشون في خيام ضعيفة وغير مؤهلة لمواجهة الطقس البارد.

ويعاني أهالي قطاع غزة من انعدام المأوي والعلاج، وعدم وجود وسائل التدفئة بسبب شح الوقود، في ظل منخفض جوي عاصف وبارد وماطر.
