خسر المنتخب الوطني لكرة اليد، أمام نظيره العراقي بنتيجة 21-26، في المباراة التي أقيمت اليوم في الكويت، في إطار منافسات البطولة الآسيوية.

وقدم لاعبو المنتخب الوطني عرضا جيدا خلال مجريات اللقاء، قبل أن تميل الكفة لمصلحة المنتخب العراقي الذي نجح في الخروج فائزا.

وتعتبر هذه الخسارة الثانية للمنتخب الوطني في البطولة، حيث خسر أمس الأول أمام المنتخب البحريني، بانتظار خوض المباراة الثالثة والأخيرة في دور المجموعات أمام المنتخب الصيني يوم الثلاثاء المقبل.

وتنص تعليمات البطولة على تأهل أول وثاني كل مجموعة إلى الدور التالي.
