سجّل مؤشر FTSE 100 البريطاني مستوى قياسيًا جديدًا، بعدما ارتفع اليوم الخميس إلى 10,235 نقطة، مدفوعاً بترحيب الأسواق بأداء الاقتصاد البريطاني الذي فاق التوقعات خلال شهر تشرين الثاني.

ويواصل المؤشر مكاسبه منذ تجاوزه حاجز 10 آلاف نقطة مطلع العام الحالي.

ووفق صحيفة "الغارديان" البريطانية، جاء الارتفاع مدعومًا بصعود أسهم القطاع المالي، ولا سيما بنوك HSBC وباركليز ونات ويست، في حين قفز سهم شركة شرودرز لإدارة الأصول بنسبة 6.8 بالمئة عقب رفعها توقعات الأرباح.

في المقابل، تراجعت أسهم السلع الأولية مع انخفاض أسعار النفط والمعادن الثمينة، بينما أكد محللون، أن FTSE 100 يواصل تفوقه على نظرائه الأوروبيين.
