نشرت في الجريدة الرسمية الخميس، تفاصيل تعديل تعرفة أثمان المياه المسالة بطرق غير مشروعة نظرا لتزايد حالات الاعتداءات على المصادر المائية والخطوط الناقلة وتكرار سحب المياه بطرق غير مشروعة وفقا لما جاء في الجريدة الرسمية.

ووفقا للتعديل يصبح سعر المتر المربع من المياه المسالة بطرق غير مشروعة 500 فلس، وذلك يشمل المياه من مجاري الأنهار وقناة الملك عبدالله ومصادر المياه العذبة وقنوات الري والسدود.

ويشمل التعديل مآخذ الوحدات الزراعية أو من مصادر المياه المستصلحة المخلوطة وجميع المصادر الأخرى.

وأصبحت تعرفة المياه المسالة بطرق غير مشروعة الناتجة جراء الاعتداء على الخطوط الناقلة 1500 فلس لكل متر مكعب، والتعرفة ذاتها للمياه المتسبب بهدرها.
