انخفضت أسعار النفط بأكثر من 1% في التعاملات الآسيوية المبكرة الاثنين، عقب اعتقال الرئيس الفنزويلي نيكولاس مادورو خلال عملية عسكرية أميركية، ووسط نية واشنطن استغلال احتياطات النفط الخام الهائلة في البلاد.

وقرابة الساعة 23,00 بتوقيت غرينتش الأحد (08,00 بتوقيت طوكيو)، انخفض سعر برميل خام غرب تكساس الوسيط الأميركي 0,70 في المئة إلى 56,92 دولارا وسعر برميل خام برنت بحر الشمال 0,63 في المئة إلى 60,37 دولارا.
