أوعز وزير الداخلية مازن الفراية، للحكام الإداريين بالإفراج عن (461) موقوفا إداريا.

ويأتي هذا القرار، في إطار الإجراءات التي تتخذها الوزارة بهدف إتاحة الفرصة للمفرج عنهم بالانخراط في المجتمع، وتعزيز فرصتهم بالإصلاح وتمكينهم من مزاولة حياتهم الطبيعية بين أسرهم وأهاليهم، خاصة مع بداية العام الجديد 2026، وذلك بعد أن تمت دراسة ملفاتهم وطبيعة قضاياهم، والاكتفاء بالمدد التي أمضوها بالتوقيف.

من جهة أخرى، يكرس هذا القرار، نهج الوزارة الإنساني بالتعامل مع التوقيف الإداري وفق الضمانات المنصوص عليها في القانون، بالتوازي مع مراعاة الضوابط القانونية والأمنية التي تهدف الى تقييد النشاط الجرمي للأشخاص الخطرين.
