قالت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، الأحد، إن التفوق الأكاديمي سيكون معيارا أساسيا للمنح والقروض بغض النظر عن نقاط المعونة.

وبينت الوزارة، أن 43,701 طالب وطالبة يشكلون ما نسبته 78 بالمئة سيحصلون على منح وقروض دون امتلاكهم نقاط معونة وطنية.

وأشارت إلى أن 56,000 طالب وطالبة سيتم شمولهم بالمنح والقروض ولا تتجاوز نسبة الطلبة الذين يمتلكون نقاط معونة وطنية 22% منهم.
