لقي 10 أشخاص مصرعهم وأصيب 10 آخرون في انفجار هائل وقع في منتجع كرانس مونتانا في جبال الألب السويسرية، على ما أعلنت الشرطة صباح الخميس.

وذكرت السلطات المحلية أن الانفجار، الذي وقع في إحدى المنشآت التابعة للمنتجع، أسفر عن أضرار جسيمة، وتم نقل المصابين إلى المستشفيات القريبة لتلقي العلاج.

وقال متحدث باسم الشرطة السويسرية إن فرق الإنقاذ والإطفاء هرعت إلى مكان الحادث فور تلقي البلاغ، حيث بدأت التحقيقات لتحديد سبب الانفجار، فيما تم إخلاء المنطقة المحيطة لضمان سلامة الزوار والعمال.
