أعلن رئيس نادي اتحاد الرمثا الرياضي منصور عبدالله انتهاء مسيرته في العمل الإداري الرياضي، بعد مسيرة امتدت منذ عام 2007.

وأوضح عبدالله، في كتاب وجهه إلى مجلس إدارة النادي، أن قراره جاء بعد مراجعة لمسار المرحلة الماضية ومتطلبات المرحلة المقبلة، مؤكدا أنه حمل مسؤولية رئاسة النادي بمحبة وإيمان، رغم الظروف المالية والإدارية الصعبة التي واجهها النادي خلال السنوات الماضية.

وأشار إلى أن المرحلة المقبلة تتطلب أفكارا جديدة ورؤية متجددة لمواصلة مسيرة النادي، لافتا إلى أن استقالته من موقع الرئاسة لا تعني الابتعاد عن النادي، بل الاستمرار في دعمه من أي موقع.

وأعرب عبدالله عن تقديره لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة وجماهير النادي، ولكل من أسهم بخدمة نادي اتحاد الرمثا خلال فترة رئاسته، متمنيا التوفيق لإدارة النادي القادمة بما يخدم مصلحة النادي والرياضة الأردنية.
