وجه رئيس الوزراء جعفر حسان الثلاثاء، الوزارات المعنيَّة والجهات المختصَّة إلى وضع جميع الإمكانيات اللازمة فوراً لمعالجة الأضرار التي تسبَّبت بها الأحوال الجويَّة السَّائدة، والاستمرار بحالة الطوارئ للتَّعامل مع أيِّ أحوال جويَة متوقَّعة خلال الفترة المقبلة.

وأجرى عدد من الوزراء جولات مكثفة في محافظات الجنوب للوقوف على آثار الأمطار الكثيفة على البنية التحتيَّة والبدء فوراً بتأهيلها.

وشدِّد رئيس الوزراء على ضرورة إدامة مراقبة السدود ومواقع تخزين المياه والتَّعامل مع أي أحوال غير طبيعيَّة قد تنشأ نتيجة المنخفضات الجويَّة والتغير المناخي الإقليمي والعالمي.
