أعلن محافظ الكرك قبلان الشريف، الاثنين، أن الطريق الرئيسي من منطقة النميرة / لواء الأغوار الجنوبية باتجاه محافظة العقبة مغلق بشكل كامل بسبب الانجرافات.

وكانت بلدية الكرك الكبرى قالت في وقت سابق، إنه تم إغلاق الطريق الرئيسي المؤدي إلى مدينة الكرك ابتداء من إشارة حديقة المشير حابس باتجاه مركز المدينة إغلاقا كاملا وبشكل مؤقت، تخوفا من حدوث انهيارات جديدة، بعد أن شهدت المنطقة انهيار جزء من سور المدينة القديم الأحد.
