توقعت وزارة المياه والري -سلطة وادي الأردن امتلاء سد الموجب بكامل طاقته التخزينية البالغة 25 مليون متر مكعب وفيضانه باتجاه وادي الموجب خلال الساعات القليلة القادمة مع استمرار الحالة المطرية التي تؤثر على عدد من مناطق المملكة خاصة الجنوبية وأسهمت في تعزيز المخزون المائي خاصة امتلاء سدود وادي الكرك - الكرك وسد شيظم - الطفيلة.

ودعت الوزارة اليوم الأحد، الجميع إلى تجنب مجاري السيول والأودية، وعدم الاقتراب من السدود والحفائر الترابية، والالتزام بالإرشادات الصادرة عن الجهات الرسمية، حفاظًا على السلامة العامة.
