توّج لاعب المنتخب الوطني للتنس تحت 16 عاما، أمير جابر، أمس الاثنين، باللقب البطولة العربية للناشئين والتي استضافتها مملكة البحرين.

وقدم أمير جابر مستوى مميز خلال المباريات التي خاضها ضمن منافسات البطولة بما فيها فوزه في النهائي على حساب اللاعب المصري حسن شعيب بمجموعتين دون مقابل 6-3 و 6-4 .

كما حقق اللاعب محمد القطب المركز الثاني في بطولة النخبة العربية الخامسة للتنس والتي استضافتها كذلك البحرين حيث خسر النهائي أمام اللاعب التونسي عزيز أوكاعا بمجموعتين دون مقابل 6-7 و 2-6.
