قالت مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان اليوم الثلاثاء إن ما لا يقل عن 104 أشخاص، بينهم 43 طفلا، قُتلوا في هجمات متعددة بطائرات مسيرة في منطقة كردفان السودانية منذ الرابع من ديسمبر كانون الأول.

وقال فولكر تورك، مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان، "أشعر بالقلق إزاء زيادة حدة الأعمال القتالية"، في إشارة إلى الاشتباكات بين الجيش السوداني وقوات الدعم السريع والحركة الشعبية لتحرير السودان-شمال في كردفان، وهي منطقة تضم ثلاث ولايات في وسط وجنوب السودان.

ولم يذكر تفاصيل أكثر عن الجهة المسؤولة عن الغارات الجوية التي قال إنها استهدفت مستشفيات وروضة أطفال وقاعدة للأمم المتحدة.
