صدر في عدد الجريدة الرسمية، الثلاثاء، قرار بالموافقة على إصدار عملة تذكارية برونزية بمناسبة تأهل المنتخب الوطني لكرة القدم إلى نهائيات كأس العالم 2026.

وبحسب القرار، يتم الإصدار وفق الأوصاف والمواصفات التي وضعها البنك المركزي الأردني.

ووضعت قرعة بطولة كأس العالم 2026، التي ستقام في الولايات المتحدة، المنتخب الوطني في مجموعة تضم منتخبات النمسا، والجزائر، والأرجنتين، حيث سيخوض مبارياته في مدينتي سان فرانسيسكو ودالاس.

وسيستهلّ المنتخب الوطني مشواره في البطولة بمواجهة منتخب النمسا يوم 16 حزيران 2026 في سان فرانسيسكو، ثم يلتقي مع نظيره الجزائري في 22 حزيران على الملعب نفسه.

وفي ختام دور المجموعات، سيواجه المنتخب الوطني منتخب الأرجنتين، بطل العالم، يوم 27 حزيران 2026 في مدينة دالاس.
