البطاينة يتوج بذهبية بطولة سنغافورة للسكواش

تُوّج لاعب المنتخب الوطني للسكواش أسامة البطاينة بالميدالية الذهبية والمركز الأول في بطولة سنغافورة الدولية المفتوحة للسكواش.

وحقق البطاينة ذهبية فئة تحت 17 سنة، بعد فوزه في النهائي على اللاعب الماليزي محمد هيكل سيار الدين المصنّف الأول على البطولة والمصنّف الأول على لائحة التصنيف الآسيوي بنتيجة (3-1).

وتأهل البطاينة إلى المباراة النهائية بعد فوزه بأربع مباريات على كل من الماليزي أحمد شافزلي (3-0)، وعلى الماليزي أريان ثاندال (3-0)، وعلى السنغافوري ريهان سينق (3-0)، والمصنّف الثاني الهندي هيردان شاه (3-1).

ولم يُحالف الحظ لاعبي المنتخب الوطني كلًّا من حازم العناسوة وخليل التايه، حيث قدّموا مستويات جيدة في البطولة. وشارك في البطولة (409) لاعب ولاعبة يمثّلون 21 دولة في جميع الفئات.
