لوحة مقابل 4 ملايين دولار.. ما القصة؟

بيعت لوحة فنية في مزاد يوم الأربعاء كانت أول ما قدم سلسلة "حرب النجوم" إلى العالم قبل نحو 50 عاما، وأعيد استخدامها لاحقا في ملصق الفيلم الأيقوني.

وتم بيع اللوحة "أمل جديد" في دار مزادات "هيريتدج" مقابل 3.875 مليون دولار، ما يعد رقما قياسيا جديدا لأغلى قطعة من سلسلة "حرب النجوم".

اللوحة، المنفذة بالأكريليك وتقنية الإيربرش، رسمها المصمم الفني ومصمم ملصقات الأفلام توم جونغ، وظهرت لأول مرة في إعلانات الصحف بتاريخ 13 مايو 1977، أي قبل أقل من أسبوعين من عرض الملحمة الفضائية التي ابتكرها جورج لوكاس. كما زينت بها اللوحات الإعلانية والإعلانات المجلات وبرامج دور السينما.

وقال تشارلز إبتينغ، مدير قسم الثقافة الشعبية والمقتنيات التاريخية في دار هيريتدج للمزادات: "بالنسبة لمعظم الأميركيين، كانت هذه أول مرة يلمحون فيها المجرة السحيقة جدا".
