قال الناطق الإعلامي باسم مديرية الأمن العام إن كوادر دفاع مدني عجلون تعاملت اليوم مع حادثة وفاة شخص من جنسية عربية إثر استنشاقه الأدخنة المنبعثة من موقد حطب داخل أحد المنازل في محافظة عجلون.

وأشار إلى أن فرق الإسعاف قامت بإخلاء المتوفى إلى أقرب مستشفى، فيما باشر فريق التحقيق الوقوف على ملابسات الحادثة.

وأكدت مديرية الدفاع المدني مجدداً ضرورة عدم استخدام مناقل الفحم للتدفئة داخل المنازل، وضرورة توفير التهوية الجيدة بين الفترة والأخرى، وعدم النوم ووسائل التدفئة مشتعلة، حفاظاً على الأرواح وسلامة المواطنين.
