روسيا تخفض رسوم تصدير الحبوب إلى الصفر

حدّدت روسيا رسوماً صفرية على صادرات الحبوب بدءاً من العاشر من كانون الأول، في ظل تراجع الأسعار العالمية للحبوب.

وأشارت إلى أن الخطوة تعكس توجّه موسكو لتعزيز قدرتها التنافسية في الأسواق الدولية وتخفيف الأعباء على الشركات المصدّرة خلال موسم يتّسم بضغوط سعرية واسعة.

وقالت وزارة الزراعة الروسية في بيان صحفي :" موسكو تخطط إلى تصدير ما بين 53 و55 مليون طن من الحبوب خلال الموسم الحالي، فيما سجّلت أسعار القمح الروسي تراجعاً للأسبوع الثالث على التوالي نتيجة وفرة المعروض العالمي وتزايد المنافسة".
