ارتفع حجم التجارة في المناطق الحرة في الأردن بنسبة 19% خلال الأشهر الـ11 الأولى من العام الحالي، مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.

ووفقا لبيانات المناطق الحرة، بلغ إجمالي قيمة التجارة في المناطق الحرة 5.725 مليارات دينار، مقارنة بـ 4.782 مليارات دينار خلال الفترة ذاتها من العام الماضي.

وبيّنت البيانات أن إجمالي ما تم إدخاله من المناطق الحرة إلى السوق المحلية بلغ 1.631 مليار دينار، في حين بلغت قيمة الصادرات من المناطق الحرة إلى الأسواق الخارجية نحو 1.354 مليار دينار.
